EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR:
SnapTouch 3.xx

CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"), FOR THE SNAPTOUCH 3.XX SOFTWARE ("SOFTWARE") PRODUCED BY ACCENTSOFT TEAM ("AUTHOR"). BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ("CUSTOMER") DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

AUTHOR may revise the AGREEMENT from time to time. You should consult the most current version of this document to ensure your activities conform to the most recent version.

If you acquired this SOFTWARE as an upgrade of a previous version, this AGREEMENT replaces and supersedes any prior AGREEMENTS. You may not continue to use any prior versions of the SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE is a shareware. This means:

- All copyrights of SOFTWARE belong to and are owned by AUTHOR;
- By using an unregistered version of SOFTWARE you consent as is with all the limitations built within it for an unlimited period of time. Otherwise you MUST register your copy of this version of SOFTWARE for a one time fee of 24.95 USD;
- Registered users can use and operate SOFTWARE and all its updates on a single computer for an unlimited period;
- Unregistered version of SOFTWARE may be distributed freely, provided that the program code is not modified changed or reverse engineered;
- No one is permitted to charge a fee for the distribution of SOFTWARE without the prior written permission from the copyright holder before the fact;
- SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU MAY USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE;
- You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by AUTHOR;
- Installing and using SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of ALL terms and conditions of the license mentioned herein;
- If you do not agree with the terms of this license you MUST remove SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product immediately.
